Words are just words. Actions are just actions.

Anyone can say something “sweet” or “nice,” same goes with what they can do for you. I admit that I’m guilty of doing so, but that’s a different story.

He fed you his pretty ribbon of lies and you kept accepting it. To the point where you cannot even differentiate what he is trying to portray. You naïvely believed him, you may think you’re sly. Giving him the cold shoulder, refusing to budge a word, yet look at you. He seems to be the only thing on your mind, your mind seems as if it will be nowhere at ease until you comply and give in. You say he’s this and he’s that, but you’re still falling deeper and deeper into his trap and getting more tangled in his web of false hope. Speaking frankly, you’re hooked. Sure, go ahead and keep denying, but deep down you know there’s something. It’s too late now. You’re already past the point of no turning back. The only way now to save you is to stop denying the facts, open your eyes and face reality. You can still turn around, but you’ll be left with wounds and scars. Rather than sitting around and complain, do something about it. Stop degrading yourself and making yourself look pitiful and worthless. Words are nothing without action. And actions are nothing without meaning or purpose.
